Items must be returned clean and undamaged to receive full refund of deposit. Items returned uncleaned will be charged cleaning fees. Items returned damaged will be assessed repair or replacement fees, whichever is less.
Cymbal polish may NOT be used on cymbals. Scratches, dents, cracks, and spills are NOT considered normal wear.
